GoRide centralizes the offering of rental bikes and maintenance services on a single platform. By promoting local commerce, riders see the offers closest to where they are, or where they are headed.

Our pricing adjusts to the size of your business.

GoRide applies a standard 20% commission on Bike rentals, Accessory rentals, Sales of additional services (e.g. maintenance, adjustments, coaching, etc.), Reservation deposits for end-of-season purchases, etc. Based on the number of transactions completed by the Merchant on the platform between January 1st and December 31st, GoRide will pay an annual rebate to the Merchant at the beginning of the following year.

An email is automatically sent inviting you to create your Stripe account. Stripe collects payments on the platform and automatically pays out your share once per week.

3. Add inventory to your online store

Our team creates your online store within 24–48 hours after your Stripe account is created. You’ll receive an email with your login details and all the information you need to get started.

Yes! The same conditions apply to individuals and businesses. GoRide is open to everyone.

Mountain bikes, road bikes, gravel bikes—regardless of type, brand, year, size, or color (yes, it matters to some!), all bikes can be listed on the platform.

The only requirement is that bikes listed on GoRide comply with the Maintenance and Compliance Declaration.

Annual rebates are paid after the end of the year, typically in January or February. The rebate covers all rentals made between January and December of the previous year. Refer to the service agreement for more details.

For now, only bikes can be rented. We are working on adding complementary equipment rentals (e.g., car bike racks).

We also encourage merchants to use GoRide to sell repair and maintenance services to their customers—this feature is already available and allows you to digitize appointment bookings today.
